At the core of our productions are the parent volunteers who help nurture students for success. There are several ways in which to help out! Your help is greatly appreciated. It is a great opportunity to work with your child and get to their friends in their own environment. We have over 100 students involved in each production every year!
Set Build/Paint
Parents are the key to building the sets! Handy with a power tool or you love to paint? Please join us!
Costume Crew
We need a group of parents to help create or source the costumes for each production. You do not have to sew! There are plenty of opportunities for ironing, gluing, washing, labelling and decorating costumes.
Marketing Crew
Every production deserves a well attended audience! Please help our productions by volunteering to hang posters in the community or promote our social media pages.
Raffles Crew
To help offset costs, we raffle gift baskets to the audience before each performance and during intermission. There is a lot of work that goes into the creation of the baskets to the selling of the raffles. We hope you consider joining this crew!
Flowers/Balloons/Gift Sale Table Crew
To honor the hard work of our students, we sell flowers, candy, and other gift items before the shows and at intermission. Helping hands manning the table are greatly appreciated!
Cast or Audience Refreshments
We all love to eat! Food and drinks are provided to the cast and crew during Tech week before rehearsals.
Audience refreshments are offered for sale before the show and at intermission.
Lobby Crew
We want to start the audience experience the moment that they walk through the door. Our lobby is decorated to match the theme of the production and includes pictures of the cast and crew. Volunteers are needed to help set the mood!
Box Office Crew
While the majority of our ticket sales are completed online, we still offer in person ticket sales. We need volunteers for every performance to sell tickets to the public.
